Dive into a menu of dishes inspired by The Mill House Chefs’ personal stories and told through Maui’s seasonal ingredients. A combination of ingredients at their peak of flavor paired with creative minds and innovative techniques results in a unique culinary experience unlike any other.
This is not a traditional dining experience! Guests are encouraged to get up out of their seats, come to the “Chef’s Table”, see the action, take pictures, and get to know the Chefs. The kitchen is right there is the room!
Seating at Maui Chef’s Table is communal, offering diners the opportunity to connect with fellow food and drink enthusiasts. Our Wine Manager is always on hand to ensure the perfect recommendation. Throughout the evening the Chefs and host will speak about the courses, the farms and charm you with their tips and anecdotes. As the evening proceeds; music plays, the air of Maui surrounds you, and the scene soon resembles a dinner party among good friends.
A FEW DETAILS
The number of courses for each dinner may vary slightly, but is typically six. We always ensure portions are adjusted to provide great value. The price of your ticket ($150 per person) includes: admission to Maui Chef’s Table, the food menu for that evening (no substitutions), a pour of sparkling wine, a cup of coffee, bread service, and gratuity for the food menu.
Wine, beer and handcrafted cocktails are available for purchase during the dinner service. No outside alcohol is allowed at Maui Chef’s Table.
We apologize that Maui Chef's Table does not accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions. To ensure a consistent experience for all diners, only guests 11 years and older may attend. Dress code is casual but consider bringing a sweater or light jacket.
