The Mill House sits at the heart of Maui Tropical Plantation, surrounded by farmland, against the breathtaking Waikapū Valley. The kitchen and bar apply an innovative approach to fresh, local ingredients in dishes that honor the cultures of those who emigrated from Japan, China, Spain, Korea, Portugal, and other distant lands to work in Maui’s sugarcane industry a century and more ago.

Join us at our weekly event! Maui Chef’s Table dives into a multi-course menu of dishes inspired by our chefs’ personal stories and told through Maui’s seasonal ingredients. High-quality ingredients paired with creative minds and innovative techniques result in a unique culinary experience. Guests are encouraged to leave their seats, come to the “Chef’s Table”, ask questions, take pictures, and get to know the Chefs. The kitchen is right there in the room!

Roasted in small batches by experienced hands to achieve quality and distinction.
Our coffee beans are naturally grown on our property or sourced from distinguished farms on Maui. Stop by our full-service coffee house where we offer pour-over coffee, teas, pastries and more. We offer chilled nitro cold brew coffee and kombucha on tap. Experienced roasters will pour you a cup and share their knowledge of our favorite beans.
